Social Responsibility is a term that is often talked about but, which is rarely acted on. In today’s covid and post covid world we are seeing the emergence of a new and wider gap between those socially conscious and altruistic companies and companies whose mere survival depends on a more inward looking approach.
Our social contract means that we will take every opportunity to foster relationships and develop processes that encourage and support Corporate Social Responsibility across all participants in the entire employment supply chain.
This approach is most readily demonstrated through our Training to Placement service where we assist the long term unemployed and special needs candidates to find meaningful employment. Whilst most recruitment companies shy away from supporting this group, Tailored Workforce works actively with the Government job agencies and our network of employers to find meaningful long term employment for individual candidates.
In the words of our Managing Director:
“Success in our business is not merely based on the bottom line. It involves a holistic approach to labour provisioning that has, at its heart, the notion of equal employment opportunities for all men and women regardless of their social circumstance. We instill this in every aspect of the employment supply chain. It is especially important at a time where companies must be more flexible in the way they approach their own corporate social obligations.”
